"I'm not drunk! I always walk this way"
Savannah Dry Cider Review (featuring the “Chill Pack”)
Picked up a Savannah Dry Cider over the weekend. Im not really a big cider fan normally. Mostly because I overdosed on it far too much between the ages of 15 and 18, now its hard to drink a cider without having memories of talking to god on the big white telephone far too many mornings. Nonetheless I said that I would give Savannah Dry a go, and boy was I glad I did, What a smooth drink! Not a bit of sharpness to it, it was a pleasure to drink. It made me feel like I was sitting out in a beer garden on a hot summers day, despite the fact that i was sitting in my house at the start of november. If you get a chance, definately have a go, you will not regret it!
While having a poke around the net after deciding to write this review, I learned that Savannah Dry is from South Africa. I also found that it is sold in “chill packs” in south africa.
The Chill Pack was some idea! the description said: “The inner liner is a one piece hand folded leakproof design made from Coldpak material”. So basically you get a box of beer and throw a bag of ice in and it doesnt leak just cools the beer, then enjoy! How have we not seen these at music festivals all over the place? These boxes need to be available for every beer by next summer!
You heard it here first folks!
