Waggle Dance Review

Tried a bit of Waggle Dance recently. I was Drawn in by the promise of a honey flavour. It looked tha part anyway with the honey color.  At 5.0% its pretty much run of the mill in terms of alcohol level which was immediately disappointing, I would normally look for more of a punch from the little known beers.

Ploughing on I cracked open the bottle to a honey(ish) aroma. On first taste it didn’t seem to special, a normal enough beer with a light feel to it. It was only a coul,e of seconds later that the honey arrived, the most wonderful aftertaste! Like breathing through a honeycomb for a moment, it was great!

Overall I would have to say that waggle dance, although it gets points for the name is a fairly average beer. I will have to give it extra points for the great aftertaste, so all considered I would give it a 6 – worth a try for the adventurous drinker
